The area's credentials as a genuine trade and business hub were cemented further in December 2025 with the opening of the new five-storey Bunnings Warehouse — the largest in the country, featuring the biggest enclosed trade and timber yard in Australia. It's a suburb in the middle of a long-term transformation and one where well-located industrial space remains in short supply.
